Senior Project Manager – DACH (Utility-Scale Solar & BESS EPC)

Location: Germany (Travel Across DACH Region)

Salary: €90,000 - €110,000 + Benefits

Viridis Talent is supporting an established and rapidly growing EPC contractor delivering utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects across Europe.

Following continued project success and a growing order book, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major EPC projects across Germany and the wider DACH region.

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects from Notice to Proceed through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS EPC projects.
• Manage project budgets, programmes and commercial performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee subcontractors and key suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage project reporting, risk and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering utility-scale Solar PV and/or BESS EPC projects.
• Strong project management background within renewable energy.
• Excellent commercial and contractual understanding.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Fluent German and English.
• Willingness to travel across Germany as required.
